Setting Out (Narutah)

Rinsu had been developing several new, powerful jutsus of her own lately but she hadn't been able to finish. She looked over what she had so far, she had her Katon jutsu half-modified, she had been trying to combine it with the nature element so that she wouldn't have to use up so much chakra, and just use outside forces instead. She got up from her thrown back position and yelled the words once more.

Gathering her chakra once more, Rinsu breathed deeply for a few minutes, thinking of how she could make this jutsu work for her. If she could complete it, it would be powerful, so she raked every crevice of her brain for ideas.
