Same as the pic except Rinsu wears her forehead protecter around her neck, and her eyes are a bright green. She doesn't care much for her appearence and will sometimes slice her hair off. As well she has a sword usually slung across her back...usually, not alway's.


Personality: Mischevious and loves to pull pranks, Rinsu can be serious, funny and completely blank depending on the situation at hand. She likes to especially pull pranks on the hokage and the other higher-ups.

History: Rinsu has had no parents known of, and was not actually born into the leaf village. She was found as a baby and only naturally hated by the people in the area seeing as she is a Bijuu. Rinsu does not know of this and has been kept in the dark about it being welcomed into the Hidden Leaf Village, Konoha. Rinsu has been training in the Academy and is now about a year-old genin, of course she hasn't been let out of Konoha on any missions like that so far, but seeing as her entire being was of mischeif and otherwise getting into trouble Rinsu has shown some potential in being a Ninja.

Description:
This jutsu can only be used by Rinsu, as it is using the bijuu's chakra inside of her, it allows the user to blow fire out from their lungs and mix it with wind, to virtually create blade-like shaped fireballs that create a storm that is deadly. Best used in windy or breezy area's but works just about everywhere, and looks to the viewer like the sky is crying fire.

Rinsu rubbed her dull eyes gazing out her window into the early morning. Instantly she was awake, throwing on clothes and heading out her door, Rinsu's messed up braided hair refusing all attempts at becoming neat. Skidding into the hall she nearly hit the other wall as she didn't stop and kept on going. Out the door, down the street and in minutes she was climbing the tree beside the gates of Konoha the ninja's on duty not noticing her at all, as they were asleep. Swiftly Rinsu was over the wall and she paused a grin plastered on her face Yes, escape!She looked back up at the wall she had come over then turned and walked right into someone."And where do you think you are going Kitsuma, Rinsu?" It was the hokage.

Kaay, Is it alright if I keep the name and stuff but use say the 9 tailed fox instead?Or does it have to be the same as the person in the anime and mangas?

I know I have to change it, it would be nice though if it could be an 8-tailed wolf... do you have to do an already existing Bijuu?
